INJURY PREVENTION

Our youth conditioning programs provide opportunities to develop overall self-confidence in conditioning, fitness, and sports in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. A strong emphasis will be made on making the mind body connection with neuromotor training & injury prevention. Participants do not have to be involved in organized or competitive sports to join this program. This program is suitable for school age children starting as young as 5 years old. Individual training is also available for all ages.

Jump Power/Technique
Movement Quality (Coordination, Body Control/Awareness)
Nutrition Education

SUMMER PROGRAM:
Our summer information will be available April 1, 2024.
Registration for will taken on the following schedule:

April 1-4 = Current session 3, school year participants
April 5-8 = Other school year participants (session 1 & 2)
April 9-14 = Friends & Family of school year participants
April 15 = Non-members
