SCIENCE - ASSESSMENTS - SCREENINGS

We use scientifically proven methods to observe and assess all participants. Each youth conditioning participant will undergo a series of assessments and screenings to evaluate movement patterns, identify areas of potential injury, and measure progress. Assessments will be completed during the school year program in October & May. Parents/Guardians will be asked to be present at the time.

NEXT LEVEL MEMBERSHIP - OUR MOST POPULAR OPTION

RECOMMENDED FOR AGES 7+, those looking to increase power, agility, and strength, and/or the more involved athlete.

FLEXIBILITY: We recommend training with us 1- 4 days per a week in any combination of NEXT Level training sessions, Youth Conditioning, or Open Training time. It is not uncommon for our youth to change the frequency of their training throughout the school year based on their extracurricular activity schedule. Come in for a quick and effective 30 minute NEXT Level training or make the most out of one evening and attend a NEXT Level training + Youth Conditioning + Open Training time.

With a NEXT LEVEL Membership, youth can attend up to two 45 minute Group Youth Conditioning training a week, as well as up to four 30 minute Next Level trainings, and participate in Open Training Time.

Group Youth Conditioning Class Description
Group led by a conditioning coach, all classes will include all components of fitness while highlighting a program designed for injury prevention. This is a group format, however, a portion of each class will be dedicated to individualized exercises designed for each child's needs and highlighting areas of needed improvement. Attendance incentives, monthly challenges, nutrition education and group coaching sessions with a Sports Psychologist are part of the youth conditioning class. Pre-registration is needed for this training.

Next Level Class Description
Next Level Classes are designed to give youth the opportunity for additional training time within a closely supervised environment to maximize results and safety. During this time youth will participate in higher intensity level exercises to increase muscular strength, power, and endurance training. For and added element of fun, this class is done with the lights out (and LED lights turned on). Pre-registration is needed for this training.

RECOMMENDED FOR AGES 7+, those looking to increase power, agility, and strength, and/or the more involved athlete.


Open Training Time
For those who have the availability to arrive early or stay a bit longer to work independently on their individual needs. Exercises will be provided based on individual needs along with a personalized training program to follow. During these times the gym will be staffed with a Certified Personal Trainer to supervise and coach. Youth can arrive at any time during these sessions, they do not need to arrive right at the start time. No registration is needed for this time.

PRICING: $24.99 / week
Strongly recommend for the older youth / athlete looking to increase power, agility, and strength.

FLEXIBILITY: We promote flexibility. The day of the week that your youth attends may change week to week. Training registration is required. As long as there is room, you may register for a different training day each week.

ALL IN MEMBERSHIP

With an ALL In Membership, youth can attend trainings daily Monday through Thursday. Membership includes up to four 45 minute Group Youth Conditioning a week, up to six 30 minute Next Level Classes, and up to four days of Open Training Time.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING


Private one-on-one lessons are great options for youth looking to enhance a specific skill. Whether it be running form, speed, strength, agility, power, addressing imbalances created by repetitive movement, or even the beginner wanting to learn more about movement, working one-on-one with a coach is a great way to progress your child.

We recommend 1-2 sessions per week.

Individual training is also an ideal options for the older athlete, or those with specific scheduling needs.

CLINICS

Clinics specific to youth are scheduled throughout the year:

JUMP Clinic: Jump Power & Technique. The ability to produce power and speed through jumping needs to be done effectively and efficiently by learning proper form and technique. Youth will learn how to adapt and control their body in space to maximize power performance.

Rest & Recovery Clinic: In this clinic athletes take home a routine and other tools to incorporate into their training schedule to allow the body to adapt to their workload and improve their performance.

YOUTH MENTORING YOUTH - Youth Supporting Youth!

We believe in building an environment in which youth support and assist each other to aid in creating strong leaders, provide positive role models, and help each other discover true potential. Youth entering 5th grade or older and have been participating in 2 or more years of youth conditioning can apply to be a youth mentor. Mentors will be responsible for assisting during trainings, demonstrating drills, setting up for trainings, and leading younger youth. Mentors will receive free apparel and participate in an end of school year celebration in June.
