We believe that consistency is best achieved when customized training sessions meet individual abilities. At a&b Fitness Concepts Sun Prairie, we tailor our services and training methods to improve our client’s quality of life, while helping them achieve their goals.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Work with a Certified Personal Trainer 1-on-1, or with a partner, with custom designed programs. Receive experienced and expert advice to work with imbalances, post-rehab, past injuries, and at your current fitness level. Nutritional guidance is also available.

YOUTH CONDITIONING

Children participate in a program where fun and physical activity meet. Youth will develop self-confidence in conditioning, sports, and overall fitness with an emphasis on the mental toughness, neuromotor training, and injury prevention.

Assessments & Screenings

We use a series of science based fitness testing and screening to help determine overall health, find muscular and postural imbalances, provide a reliable source to measure progression, and to identify areas of potential risks for injury.

We are a small family owned business that does things a bit differently! Our goal has never been to just bring numbers through our doors, but to be a place where everyone feels supported, challenged, and welcomed.

We feel very strongly about offering assessments and testing in all our memberships, for both youth and adults, so that all areas of weakness and imbalances can be addressed to reduce pain and prevent injuries.

Our trainers and coaches are certified and compliment each other well with experience, degrees in Exercise Science, and personal journeys of wellness. We believe that in order to reach a level of optimal wellness that is sustainable long term that your program must fit into your personal lifestyle. We work with you to design a program that fits your needs and goals.

I have been working with Becky at a&b for two years now, and it's not an understatement when I say this has changed my life. Two years on - as we continue via Zoom workouts and in-person with masks - I have lost almost 50 pounds, am in the best shape of my life, and I have biceps. I've never had biceps!
