This program provides a dual approach to menopausal fitness and nutrition, featuring comprehensive educational resources alongside personalized, one-on-one coaching.


 ✅ Your coaching package includes 4 months of personal coaching (in-person or virtual), starting with one 60-minute consultation, followed by four 30-minute coaching sessions for collaborative problem-solving and creating a concrete action plan (typically scheduled 1 per month). These can be done virtual or in person.

✅ Nutrtion: Habits we want to focus on to optimize your perimenopausal and menopause nutrition.

✅ Exercise/Movement: We'll break down exactly what types of exercise give you the biggest health benefits, how to listen to your body's recovery signals, and build a movement plan that actually works with your life.

✅ Logs/Tracking: Hands-on tools to track symptoms, manage mindset, and build sustainable habits to ease the Menopause transition.


Four months of coaching for $65/month
