2026 Summer
Youth Program

We are excited to roll out our summer outdoor Youth Conditioning Program for ages 5+
Between Clinics, Classes, Open Training Time, & Youth Individual Training our youth maximize the effectiveness of our program!
It will be a fun and memorable summer for our youth!
Clinics & Classes

Will be held in the outdoor space at A&B. At times, groups may be rotated inside.
*In the event of inclement weather, classes will be held indoors
Open & Individual Training

Most will be indoors, but may have some drills or activities outdoors.
Bring With Each Day

Exercise/Yoga Mat , Jump Rope, 2 Tennis balls, 1 Soccer or Playground ball (no basketballs please), Sunscreen, a Water bottle, $ for concessions.
We recommend training with us 1-4 days each week.
Youth may attend an unlimited number of classes and clinics each week.

Meet The Coaches

Becky Ingebrigtsen
Becky believes that everyone of any age has the ability to reach their full potential. It begins with communication and creating a partnership with clients.
With a degree in Exercise & Sports Science Becky also holds certifications through multiple agencies in group classes such as kettlebell, senior fitness, group cycling, pilates, yoga, and BOSU. She is also a faculty member at Madison College teaching in their Fitness & Wellness program, and is a Master Trainer for BOSU® and Balletone, certifying other fitness professionals.

Dale Ingebrigtsen
Dale has a background working with sports injuries and rehabilitation, athletic training, and spent many years in sales selling fitness equipment.
"Our goal has always been to make a big difference in people's lives. Never to just bring numbers through our doors, but to be a place where everyone feels supported, challenged, and welcomed."
Dale has a degrees in Exercise and Sports Science and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
